1.About Kiriqoo

Kiriqoo is a Pan-African wellness and wealth ecosystem — a platform built to help people from Africa and the global African diaspora build wealth, heal their bodies, and free their minds. Kiriqoo Money and Travel are available now, with Body and Mind in development.

2.Who Can Use Kiriqoo

By creating an account or using Kiriqoo, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not prohibited from using our services under any applicable law
• The information you provide is accurate and truthful

Kiriqoo is open to everyone who shares our values — it is not limited to people of African heritage. Our platform is rooted in African wisdom and built to serve the African diaspora, but we welcome anyone ready to build wealth, heal the body, and free the mind.

3.Launch Notifications

Signed-in members may choose to receive email notifications when specific upcoming Kiriqoo modules, such as Body or Mind, become available. By turning on a module launch notification you are:

• Expressing interest in updates for that specific upcoming module
• Consenting to receive the selected launch notification by email
• Not entering into a purchase agreement or paying for any service

Launch notification preferences do not guarantee early access, specific pricing, beta access, or any particular feature. Upcoming modules may change before release.

You can change these preferences at any time in your account settings or by contacting privacy@kiriqoo.com.

4.Acceptable Use

When using Kiriqoo — including your account, launch notification preferences, beta access, or platform features — you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to interact with our platform
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other community members
• Use Kiriqoo for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures or bot protection
• Impersonate Kiriqoo, our team, or any other person
• Spam or send unsolicited communications through our platform

Kiriqoo is a community built on trust. We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates the spirit of this community — not just the letter of these terms.

5.Intellectual Property

All content on the Kiriqoo website and platform — including text, design, logos, the Kiriqoo anthem, brand identity, the BARA Score concept, the AMANI certification concept, and all original written and visual content — is owned by RiseUp Africa Inc. and protected by copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

The name Kiriqoo, the tagline "Build Wealth. Live Well. Stay Rooted.", the BARA Score, and the AMANI Certification are trademarks of RiseUp Africa Inc.

If you share Kiriqoo content on social media for the purpose of promoting the platform, you are welcome to do so with attribution to Kiriqoo.

6.Disclaimers

Kiriqoo and its available features are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind — express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The website will be available 100% of the time
• The website will be free from errors or security vulnerabilities
• Any specific upcoming features will be included in a released module
• Any upcoming module will launch by a specific date

We will do everything we can to keep the platform secure and our communications honest. But we cannot make legal guarantees about unreleased modules that are still being built.

7.Financial Information Disclaimer

Any financial information, educational content, or tools provided by Kiriqoo — including but not limited to budgeting tools, the BARA Score, financial literacy content, and susu circle guidance — are for educational and informational purposes only.

Kiriqoo is not a licensed financial advisor, bank, investment firm, or credit bureau. Nothing on our platform should be construed as financial advice, investment recommendations, or credit decisions.

Always seek the advice of a qualified financial professional before making significant financial decisions. Kiriqoo connects you with information and community — the decisions remain yours.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RiseUp Africa Inc. and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
• Loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data that is beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Kiriqoo in the 12 months preceding the claim. If no payment has been made, our total liability shall not exceed CAD $100.

9.Termination

You may stop using Kiriqoo, update your launch notification preferences, or request account deletion at any time by emailing privacy@kiriqoo.com.

10.Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

For EU and UK residents, nothing in these Terms removes your rights under mandatory local consumer protection laws, including GDPR rights.

Before taking legal action: If you have a dispute with Kiriqoo, please contact us at hello@kiriqoo.com first. We are a community-first company and we will always try to resolve issues directly, fairly, and quickly before escalation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, under the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada — except where prohibited by applicable law.

11.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Kiriqoo grows. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify account holders or affected users when required
• Give you at least 14 days notice before changes take effect for material updates

Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes means you accept the updated Terms.
